Art Basel Miami Beach, a comprehensive international contemporary art fair, returns to South Florida Dec. 8-10. Thousands of artists, art dealers, collectors and art aficionados will enjoy modern and contemporary art from nearly 300 galleries.
Art Basel Miami Beach is one of only four Art Basel fairs in the world; the others are in Hong Kong, Paris and the founding fair in Basel, Switzerland. Art of Transformation: Africa Global and the Miami Museum of Contemporary Art of the African Diaspora are just two of the many experiences that will take place during Art Basel Miami Beach.
Ten North Group has announced Art of Transformation: Africa Global, designed to explore issues in African and African Diaspora contemporary art and bring artists of African descent from around the world to Miami in a series of exhibitions, panel discussions, performances and film projections.
Ten North Group will present Africa Global in Opa-Locka from Dec. 3-10.
